The legal basis is Cyberenta's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the user's request. No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for the authorised departments of Cyberenta. Certain technical providers (hosting provider, payment provider Stripe) may access it strictly within the scope of their duties and under a confidentiality obligation.
