Terms of sale

These terms of sale (hereinafter the “Terms of Sale”) apply to all services and software licences offered by Cyberenta. Any order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Quotes and orders

Every service is preceded by a quote, free of charge and without commitment, drawn up on the basis of the needs expressed by the customer. The order is deemed final once the customer has accepted the quote in writing and, where applicable, paid the agreed deposit.

Prices and payment

The prices shown on the site are “starting from” prices and are finalised after a detailed review of the customer's needs. Prices are expressed in euros and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of tax.

A deposit may be requested at the start of the project, with the balance spread according to the schedule set out in the quote. Payments are accepted by card, through our provider Stripe, or by bank transfer. In the event of late payment, penalties at the applicable statutory rate may be applied, without prejudice to the fixed recovery indemnity.

Delivery and performance

Delivery times are given for guidance in the quote. Cyberenta undertakes to use all necessary means to properly deliver the service. The customer undertakes to provide, within the agreed timeframes, all the materials and access required for the project to move forward.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, business customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal for bespoke services whose performance has begun with their express consent. For any distance contract concluded with a consumer, the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period applies, unless expressly waived for a service fully performed before the end of that period.

Ownership and warranties

Deliverables remain the property of Cyberenta until the agreed price has been paid in full. Cyberenta warrants that the services conform to the accepted specifications. Any claim must be made in writing within a reasonable time after delivery.

Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the district where Cyberenta has its registered office.
